ROMIO began its course in 1988 from a small workshop that was making only country sausages. Soon the fresh raw materials, the exceptional quality and the traditional taste made our sausage well known and likeable to a great number of people. Due to its demand the small workshop was developed to an up to date factory that produces not only traditional sausages but also cold meat products and products based to smoked meat. In every point of the production strict sanitary conditions are been applied according to food safety system ISO 22000:2005. Our main principles are the preservation of the traditional tastes and the quest of new ones using selected meat, mediterranean herbs and special spices aiming to satisfy the modern consumer.
